Refund policy
All items at United Vintage Co. are made-to-order, which means each piece is produced uniquely for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
⚠️ Do Not Send Returns to Printful
The return address on your package may show a fulfillment facility.
This is not a return location.
Any items sent back to that address will be recycled and will not be eligible for a refund.
Accepted Returns (If We Made a Mistake)
We offer free replacements or refunds only for the following:

Wrong item received

Misprint or printing defect

Damaged item

Quality issue caused by manufacturing

Item lost in transit
To file a claim:

Email us at uvc@inartists.co within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description

Once approved, we will reship or refund the item at no additional cost
Non-Returnable Items
Because products are custom-made, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse

“Don’t like the fit/style”

Shipping delays outside our control
Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they enter production (typically within 2–4 hours after purchase).
Shipping Issues
If your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier. We cannot refund orders after a confirmed delivery scan.
