Shipping policy

At United Vintage Co., all items are made-to-order through our production partner. This allows us to reduce waste, improve quality, and deliver fresh, custom-produced goods.

Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All products are made-to-order and typically take:

• 2–7 business days for production
(times vary depending on item type, season, and demand)

Once your order is produced, it is handed to the carrier for shipping.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production begins.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • United States: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom / EU: 5–12 business days

  • Australia / NZ: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high seasonal volume.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number automatically via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin reflecting carrier scans.


4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • incomplete/incorrect address

  • missing apartment number

  • customer relocation

  • refusal of package

the shipment may be returned to sender or disposed of by the carrier.

If the item is returned to the production facility, reshipping fees may apply.

We cannot refund orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it:

  • Check your mailbox, building lobby, neighbors, or leasing office

  • Wait 48 hours (carriers often scan early)

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

We cannot issue refunds for packages marked Delivered, as carriers are responsible once delivery is confirmed.

If the carrier officially declares the package lost, contact us and we will help file a claim.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees.

United Vintage Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


7. Multiple Shipments

Because items are made on-demand and may come from different fulfillment centers:

  • Your order may arrive in separate packages

  • Tracking numbers may be issued individually

No additional shipping cost will apply for split shipments.


8. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

If your region is restricted or unsupported, the system will notify you at checkout.
