Welcome to United Vintage Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence. You may not use our products for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Print-On-Demand Manufacturing

All items are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. This means:

Items begin production shortly after your order is placed
Products may vary slightly from images shown
Because items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a carrier marks the order as delivered. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipment fees may apply.

4. Returns & Refunds

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that meet one of the following criteria:

Incorrect item received
Misprint or printing defect
Damaged item
Item lost in transit

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Do Not Return Items to the Fulfillment Address

The return address printed on your package belongs to our production partner’s facility and is not a valid return location. Items sent back there will be recycled or destroyed and will not be refunded.

Non-returnable items include:

Wrong size ordered
Buyer’s remorse
Style/fit preference
Shipping delays outside our control

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor do we have access to them.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing. However, due to screen variations and print processes, colors and positioning may vary slightly.

Errors such as typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct them at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, graphics, text, product designs, photographs, and branding—is the property of United Vintage Co. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our site or products for:

Illegal activities
Violating laws or regulations
Harassment, abuse, or discrimination
Uploading harmful code
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the site or servers

Violation of any prohibited use will result in immediate termination of services.

Losses due to shipping delays or carrier errors
Losses from customer-provided incorrect addresses
Returns sent to unauthorized locations
Loss of data, revenue, or profits

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
